I do not like strapless, but I love the colour and the rest of the dress! Notice the right side of the dress. It's a nice touch! I would wear the bottom half as a skirt.
I think this skirt would look good with a black cardigan and red or white tank top or shirt. Perfect for Spring or Easter!

Hmmmm. I guess I'm thinking Spring. That's a good thing! I love the clusters of flowers!
